Devils Hand Coral Help Needed

Hi All, New to the hobby and corals. Purchased this devils hand a week ago and am concerned with its base and am not sure if its suppose to lay over like it does. What should I do if anything?

IME, these corals seem to like a lot of water movement. I would place it somewhere on the rock structure where it's receiving quite a bit of flow and see what happens. Sometimes this will help them perk up. That stalk of theirs is actually quite strong once they have a firm base. HTH.

Thanks Cloak for your reply, Its in quite a bit of flow now but I'll move it up and see what happens. The base or foot wasn't like it is now (stretched) till a couple days ago...

ahhh yes it did help I was more concerned about being able to see so much of the foot and it looking like it was stretching to the point of coming off the rock. It was attached with string. From lookng at picture on the web I guess its normal. I redirectioned a power head and it already seems more happy and 1/2 is standing up. I think its totally expanded, I can see all the little polyps extended from it, it does get much smaller when lights are out and polyps disappear, can you tell if it looks healthy from my pics?
