I'd tap that glass
My devils hand, which I have had for 4 years now, is losing some of its fingers. However, the rest of the coral looks amazing. I have noticed that blue legged hermit crabs lay around in it, but this has been going on for over 6 months with no issues.
The only fish in my tank are a maroon clown, yellow tang, sailfin blenny, and royal gramma.
I recently started running carbon (1.5 months ago), and since I did that, the Devi's hand has changed color from tan to deep beautiful brown. The polyps are extending and look great.
Any ideas on why it could be rotting away like this? It kills me to see my oldest coral dying. Should I only run carbon every so often? I run it constantly.
Thanks in advance
