Picked one up from liveaquaria today along with a leprechauns beard acro.

Light intensity suggestions? Flow?

I have one, will post a pic when I get home. Definitely lower light, turns almost all yellow with higher light

+1 on lower light... I kept mine in the upper-middle of my tank with 2X250W MH, and it turned almost yellow... so I had to move it down to the bottom, and it is now finally starting to color back up.

They like a good amount of flow? Or not so much.?

Here is mine, still up high so mostly yellow but in person it has a cool pastel burgandy color on the tips. Its about 18" directly in front of an MP40. It had good color when I had it on the bottom, then I wanted to put it in a more prominent location. The shaded parts are yellow green. I think I am going to leave this one because it looks good in its own right, just different, and frag a peice and put it lower to get the strong raspberry color.
