I have had a diamond goby pair living in my 135g for about a month now. They have eating great since the day I got them and are always out. Yesterday when I got home the smaller one of the pair (the bolder one of the two) was no where to be seen, and a HUGE sand pile was covering most of the burrow entrances. Is it possible that the larger goby buried the smaller one? Or else it died when I wasn't home... SHould I remove some of the sand and see if the little guy is down there somewhere? I would hate to disturb their burrow if there is no reason though.
