Can you take another picture of it without the blue lights on? If I had to guess I would probably go with Cyanobacteria.

diatoms...(on the rocks/sand for sure) 100% NORMAL...
I can't tell if that red on your sandbed is the start of cyano or just poor color mixing from your LED fixture..

But its 100% normal to have diatoms/film & hair algae/cyano in a new tank..
It will pass provided you keep up with proper maintenance/low nutrients..

The diatoms will die off after free silica in the tank is consumed by them..

So just keep blowing it off and waiting. How do you kill hair algae on a piece of live rock

Don't even need to blow it off really.. Just leave it.. Its normal and will go away..
Or just siphon it out with water changes if you can.. No big deal..

again.. NORMAL.. you are fine..

Your clean up crew should take care of any algae.... and if you keep nitrate/phosphate low it will normally die off..

In general you are now in the "immature" stage.. In another 6-8 months the tank (from my experience) gets easy to take care of and handles itself as its usually "mature" at that point..
Just keep doing water changes religiously until then as needed to keep nutrients low and problems should just pass with ease and see how it all goes from there..
