Did my urchin hurt my wrasse?

A long spine black urchin has been in my tank for about a week. All of a sudden, my wrasse is hiding under a rock, and hasn't moved from the spot for two days. It is also not eating. The only thing I can think of is that it hurt itself on the urchin? Does that happen? I don't know what else it could be.

Anything I can do for it? My wrasse is still sitting at the bottom of the tank. Do I try to establish a qt tank or will that do more harm than good this late in the game?
