Did yo get your 1st shipment of Apex controllers yet?

I sent you two emails regarding my pre-order on the APEX.

It has been two weeks, but haven't heard anything from you.

Why the lack of reply?

I called them last week about, when will they gonna have the APEX. The customer service give me some attitude. I was gonna order from them and other stuff too because they have 5% off, but since I talked to the guy (customer service), I rather buy from some other wedsite even though it cost me little...Bad business.

One more thing, a week before calling them I also email but never got the answer....

I have not had any problems, just curious when I will have my new controller in hand.

Never had any problems with them either. I got an invoice from them last week, and was charged. So hopefully soon, they will ship out the apex.

I have not been charged or received an invoice yet. Have any of your orders ever listed a tracking number under your account? None of my orders have.

I was charged at the time of purchase, which was in June. No delivery receipt yet.

I have not seen anything yet, just an a e-mail acknowledgment directly after I placed the order.

I just got off the phone with Albert at Aqua Cave. He said they spoke with Neptune yesterday and we are looking at about another week until they ship. =(

Thanks for the update. I sent ACave an email about expected ship date, but didn't get a reply, as expected.

Those of us who ordered direct from Neptune have our Apex already... of course I didn't save $5.00

APEX Orders

Any news if Aqaucave is shipping APEX preorders at this time?

I called Aqua Cave a few days ago and was told that they should be shipping to Aqua Cave "soon".

They are in transit. I spoke with AC today and they have a tracking number for their 1st shipment of Apex units. Hopefully we will have them in hand next week.

Some of the units (including mine) are sipping from Aqua Cave to customers today!!!!
