Dieing Acan Hillae

So i recently purchased a gorgeous Acan Hillae from a very awesome shop. Unfortunatly this coral when it was over nighted to me was put through some serious stress and is dieing off now i think. I didnt have time to take pictures of it because i had to get back to work but after temp and drip acclimating it still looks aweful. I think it might make it but i thought since I have this great resource I would ask you all what you thought i might do to bring it back. Let me know what you think. Is this just shipping or is it toast? Again this shop is awesome and is not the reason for this catastrophe so i will not be naming names.
The main issues are that it is covered in white specs almost like what an anemone looks like when it is dieing as well the coral is very receeded i dont have an image small enough in KB size to post so if someone could help me iwth that that would be great.
