difference between GEN3 and GEN4 Radion pros

How much of a difference is there really? Who has used both and has any insight. I have an option to get a couple GEN3s at a good price. Should I?

i have both, the g4s are much brighter, can run run them at lower % and still get your par , and they definately have a better spread, however the g3s are still an excellent light. all in all they are quite different from a comparison pov good luck ..... zsu

What about noise! Gen3 is very noisy and the fan run 24/7.
