I'd just give up.. Maybe take up golf..
If you "think have" and are already to just give up/redo it all then that is my advice for you.
Redoing everything at the first potential sign of an issue is not a best course of action for any hobby IMO...

Kinda hard to see .. it just looks like regular glass algae from that pic .. little bit of nutrients and the sun light from the window On that side of the tank would be my guess . Bacteria could be making it cloudy too .. maybe others can chime in

I can't tell from the pic , but since the snail is chowing down its regular algae .. not sure whats the deal with the cloudy water . Probably bacteria bloom . Unless you fed reef snow or are dosing 2 part at time of pic. Post your parameters and if you can get a clearer picture Somebody will help ya . Many knowledgeable cool guys/gals here

I have to agree with Mcgyvr here, no need to tear down the tank. Lets see if we can help you figure out what you're dealing with and give suggestions on best course of action.
it is really hard to tell what it is from the picture you provided.
Couple things we'll need to know:
What size is the tank?
how long has it been setup?
What are your current parameters, especially nitrates and phosphates? Please don't just say "the numbers are good" or some variation, we need hard numbers.
if you can get a better picture that would be great but also if you could describe the algae that might help as well. does it look like snot? does it have any air bubbles attached to it? What color is it?
Does it blow off easily with a turkey baster, does it feel slimy?
I know this is a lot but it helps to identify what you're dealing with.

No thats a mess.. You should tear it down and quit..
Outside of glass is dirty.. Inside is nasty..
Can't even see into the tank..
Give up..

Please take a piece of paper towel.. Splash some vinegar on it and clean the outside of the glass.
Then take a few minutes to clean the glass on the inside so we can at least see into the tank..
Then turn off all that blue light as it distorts proper color rendition and get a proper picture showing what you think is the problem..
Then spank yourself and hang you head in shame for the rest of the day..
