"blue xenia" is a little vague, since the phrase is being used to describe various species of xenia, heteroxenia, sympodium, sansibia and sarcothelia.
Assuming it's an actual xenia or heteroxenia, they don't tend to tolerate freshwater dips very well. Usually they survive, but they come out worse for wear. Coral RX should probably be okay.
