Out of the products you listed Formalin would be my choice.....Are you not going to QT fish.....Just dip them....
You might want to research things before you do anything. I know copper only kills ich in a certain stage but I am not sure about the stage of ich formalin will kill. If formalin only kills free floating stage of ich a dip is not going to do anything to the parasite attached to the fish.
I plan to dip, then QT with Cupramine.
But...a newly introduced clown (3 weeks in my DT) is showing signs...so going to get some sort of dip tomorrow, then put him in QT.

I would still remove the fish....all the fish from the display and treat them in Cupramine for 4 weeks. You have to leave your main tank fallow for 10 weeks I prefer 12 to be safe....
I'm struggling, doing this here afterwhile...My options are...
1. Dip and into QT, then continue dipping if required.
2. Dip, then cupramine in QT the following day
3. Just put in QT with cupramine and not do any dipping.
Thats fine but I really don't think you are doing any good to the fish. Probably just stressing him out. Make sure you don't get any of the paraguard water in the QT that you are treating with copper. Thats another thing you can't mix with any other treatment
