Disappearing white spots

Ok, have a question for everyone. We have two Black Ocellaris Clowns that have been in our tank for about a month and a half. They were happy swimming all around the tank and checking things out. Yesterday we added a Tomini Tang and 6 Line Wrasse. They were both quarantined for several days with no signs of any illness. After acclimating yesterday, we added them to the tank with the clowns. This morning we got up to spots on the clowns and tang. They weren't really white, they were almost clear. At first we thought that one of the clowns had his fin nibbled on. Later in the day, went back to check on them and the spots were gone. Then they were back on the other clown and then gone again. LFS had no idea, thought maybe just picked up some white goo off of a rock except we don't really have anything like that and the spots were almost clear. The tang had a spot also on the base of his dorsal fin that went away after a couple hours. Anyone have any ideas what this was? We have real idea and haven't found anything similiar. Do clowns hypopigment under stress? Could it be some other illness? Wrasse appears to be fine, no spots or issues. Chemistry in the tank is fine for fish, Calcium is a little low for our corals. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Saw something about that but it doesn't really look white, mostly clear. It is translucent, and seems to move around. The spots did not come back in the same place. Didn't think ick would come and go or move around like that. Will check again in the morning and see if it is back, sure hope not.

Sounds like ich to me. Ich comes and goes that's part of the life cycle. Quarantine should be done for several weeks not days. Best thing to do now is take all the fish in your tank and put them back in DT and leave your tank fishless for at least 8 weeks.

OK, just an update. Spots were not ich, they were flatworms instead. We lost the little male and are treating the female now. Returned the Tang that was also showing spots but LFS couldn't find anything wrong with it, so not sure where they came from. Wrasse still isn't showing any symptoms but he is getting treated as well. Not real happy with LFS as everything has come from them with the exception of the tank and live sand. They say that they could have been in the tank and just had an outbreak but everything still came from them... Oh well, live and learn, quarantine longer next time!
