Disease ID on Crosshatch Trigger

Hi All,

I need help identifying what my Crosshatch trigger has so I can treat it properly. There is a growth on his left fin and he's not using that fin anymore and just keeping it against his body.

I had the trigger for over 2 yrs now. He's still eating and swimming around.
