Disease, infection, fungus?

Yesterday I noticed this spot on my coral beauty angel. Any ideas what it is? Sorry for the poor quality picture but it's the best I could get. The spot was about the size of a pencil eraser. White in color. Any ideas??

On the pectoral fin?

Not on the fin, it's about half an inch behind the eye. On the body though, not the fin.

I can't really make it out from the pic; but honestly, I wouldn't worry about one single white spot. It could just be sand. Wait & see if it grows or spreads.
