Disease or Anemone Sting?

Just added an anemone to my tank a couple of days ago, and set up shop where my tang likes to hang out. Today I came home and he had this discolored skin spots as well as 1 white dot on his body. Any thoughts?

Until I noticed the spot on the pectoral fin; my impression was possible HLLE. I think this fish probably has ich and HLLE.

+1 on the Ich. The spot could be HLLE or even an injury. In either case, I'd be more concerned about the Ich right now if I were the OP.
