I was on a dive once here, and this hot-shot dork in his Man-kini (yes, seriously) was trying to impress his girlfriend. He had her take the camera in front of the statue while he, in his man-kini, went and sat on the shoulders of the statue. Mind you... it was encrusted with fire coral - yes, I'm not kidding.
Idiot hot-shot didn't know what it was and... well, I'm going out on a limb here and assume that there was no hankey-pankey for him the rest of the trip.
Seriously, I've seen sunburned legs that were not even as close to red as his crotch area was when we all got back topside...

Yeah I seen some snorkelers dive down and hang on to it, I was thinking to myself....they are going to pay for that. I can't believe the boat captain didn't tell them not to touch. Hell I had gloves on and I still wouldn't touch it LOL.

We ran into a mommy Bull shark and two pups last year diving on the U.S.S. Duane. They were cool as ****, mom was huge....they hung around for a long time. We wanted to get close, but you don't wanna get to close and **** off mommy. Here are a few pics....I had the cheap camera that day damnit!

I heard there are sometimes bull sharks on the Duane, but none when I was there - so jealous!!!
