Dive Suggestions for going to the Flordia Keys

Hello, me and my friend are planning on going to the Flordia Keys, to Spearfish as well collect some lobsters in August. Anyone have any good recomendations for me.

The Spiegel Grove and the USCGC Duane. You need to be AOW for both, but it is worth it.

You can spearfish on the Duane?

I'm not sure. Those are just good for recreational diving spots, i didn't see the spearfishing part. That i am not sure of.
