Divers Den Fish

I want to buy 1 or two diver's den fish, and I'm curious if you guys would hold them for possibly more than the two days? I'm working the upcoming days that it would be shipped, leaving it left outside for hours.

Any way I can order this and have it held for me? I'm located in WI. I could even drive up to get it. Only about an hour away.

Well, I was just reading over your day-by-day chart that I missed. It appears ordering it before 9:30 central will have it delivered on this Friday. Every fish order I've done comes about 9:30 - 11. I should have enough time to acclimate and get him all situated in before leaving for work.

Magnificent foxfaces are such amazing fish. I bought my last one from your website (not diver's den). It was strong as a bullet like my yellow tang. Hopefully this one will be the same. :D

Unfortunately I came home one day (bringing someone over to see him) and found him pinched in a rock. :(

Just one quick question though. Mine never (or rarely) touched algae on the rocks. Is this common between mag. foxfaces? I baby my fish way too much and feed a lot. Could be the problem?

T5Nitro,

Thank you for your post. Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, you are able to place an order at this time that would be able to be held until Monday, December 1st for Tuesday, December 2nd delivery. Please feel free to Pm us if you would like further information on the shipping. Magnificent Foxfaces will graze on algae periodically if they are hungry. If you feed the fish a lot, they are less likely to go for the natural foods that your reef can provide.

I placed the order before 9:30 central. So it should be on for arrival for this Friday I believe according to the chart. I won't be needing it held.

Thanks for quick response.

Ouch. Well, I've ordered fish that had to sit out before, so you guys do a nice job. I just don't remember if I ever had any delivered and sitting in 20 degrees.

Someone just told me they'd be home on Wednesday. Is it possible you can hold the fish until Tuesday for Wednesday delivery? At least someone will be home. It's the 4.5" magnificent foxface that was on DD. Just don't want it shipped out tomorrow and waiting in a box over the weekend or whatever happens. Even if that doesn't happen, any other day it'll sit in 20 degrees for ~5 hours. Wednesday delivery would be perfect.

Cool, everything worked out alright. It is on for delivery today.

Only thing that kind of sucks is it's 1 hour away, and instead of coming here it went to TN instead. Hope it's alright. Snowing now and probably delayed. :( Wish fedex shows on time or delayed like UPS.

Just out of curiosity, is FedEx slow at updating their tracking information? It said it arrived in Memphis at 11:50ish last night, and that's where it ended. Honestly, I'm basically cutting school early today to come home and be here before the fish arrives.

Hope the tracking information is slow and the snow won't stop them from delivering.

They finally updated it. Getting anxious for nothing I guess. sigh. I thought it was still in Memphis.
I've just never had a fish delivered in the snow before so it was making me a bit more nervious I guess. Should be here between now and 10:30 they normally come I guess.

Thanks. Will post some pics of the new guy when he gets here. :)

Thanks again for good service, my fault getting worked up on this one.
