Finally got around to getting everything wired.
Good news, Lights still work.
Got Arduino hooked up so the lights ramp up.
Bad news, a few seconds after lights start to ramp up, I noticed smoke coming from the terminal block. I turned off and unplug the power strip immediately.
Lights were working until I powered everything down. No noticeable damage.
Looked over the Arduino, looks good also. Powered it up alone, and still works.

Last is the terminal block, where the problem is.
The power going through the transistor is 9v 800mA. Not sure if this is good enough, but based on what I found through google, it shouldn't be enough to burn the transistor.
