DIY moonlights ?

I've got an extra led setup from my fluval edge 2.6 and was thinking I could use that driver and DIY some very low powered blue LEDs to use as moonlights... Only thing is I don't know where to start. My lighting is a Kessil a150 on gooseneck. Any help on how I could do this would be great.

Rapid LED has a decent selection of individual LEDs, lenses, etc.

Start with the driver - what current/voltage is it capable of? Is it dimmable? How many LEDs were you thinking of?
