Do all fish have to start quarantine at the same time for TTM?

I currently have two fish in quarantine that I purchase on Thursday. The last fish I want to quarantine is coming in tomorrow. Does it matter that they didn't all start quarantine at the same time for TTM? I assume that as long as I don't go over 72 hours between transfers that I should be fine, correct?

Every time you add something wet to the ttm tank, the clock gets reset.
