just like the title, will say a tiger watchman or a pink spotted watchman eat cyano off the sand bed?

alright, i sort of didnt think so becuase they are carnivores but i wasnt sure- what will eat cyano of the sandbed and rocks then? hermit crabs, snails? what kind?

I would want to find out where it is coming from or causing it first to get rid of it that way, or atleast havesome control of it.
But certain snails will eat it, like turbos, I have sen them devour it. Same goes for some hermit crabs, some will and some wont.

the black and white leg hermit crab will eat it. forgot the actual name. it's on liveaquaria. they're originally from hawaii.

Thanks, i might try out one of those cucumbers, and as for whats causeing it i think its because of high phosphates, although i do not know that for sure cause i do not have a test kit for them yet, but i think that may be one reason and also because the tank is newly set up.

Even witha test kit for Phosphate's, the test kit wont show any. This is because the algae is consuming it all to grow, so the test will be nothing or close to it.
