Do I have enough Light?

Standard 4 foot 75 gallon
260 watts of power compact current sunpaq (10,000k / blue actinic)
40 watts of normal output 03 actinic
40 watts of normal output 50/50

I have shrooms and zoos that are growing...a ricordia that is growing...a blasto hitchhiker that is slowly growing (the only hard coral in tank)........

What can I keep with this lighting (by the way...I know flow and other factors affect corals too...but I'm just asking on a lighting basis right now)

Or any suggestions for maximizing what I've got....less actinic? More actinic? move to 6,000k or stay at 10,000k?

If you can stand yellowish light, it definitely gives more PAR than bluer light at similar wattage. It depends on what you want to achieve. If you are happy at where you are you should probably leave the light as they are. If you want more growth, use more if not all 6500K. Or even better, get yourself some MH and use the PC as actinic supplementation.
