Do I have ich or flukes

In the last one or two weeks I have noticed a massive explosion on white dots on my fish. All of them are scratching on everything they can. Some are becoming lethargic and clearly quite irritated. I've had ich in the past in a previous tank but did my best to keep it out of this one. Please help me ID

Some of the fish are even scratching on each other. I've never seen fish scratch this much from my past experience with ich

Please read the stickies at the top of this forum. Flukes would not be visible but could be confirmed with a fresh water dip. If it looks like a sprinkling of salt, it would be ich (cryptocaryon irritans).
