Do I have too many fish?

Do I have too many fish? I have recently started to have nitrate problems which I have never had before. My nitrate levels used to be zero but now or off the chart. My tank is a 110. I run a euro reef skimmer and have a 30g sump full of caleopra algea. My fish consist of 1 5'' emperior angel
1 5'' powder blue tang
1 3'' yellow tang
1 six line wrasse
1 yellow watchmen golbie
2 maroon clowns

I have cut back on feeding and am only feeding nori on a clip once a day. I have been keeping the skimmer cleaned out and have raised the level for a weter foam. I've added two more power heads for more flow. I am now running carbon. Also have been changeing water once a week. So far no help in my nitrate problem. Do I have too many fish?

no you dont have too many fish. did you add any new lr recently? any dying corals? how much water do you change a week?
