I am building my 75 gal tank and it just dawned on me that the wieght of the tank
may be more than my floor can hold. The house was built in 1925 and I don't know what the structure load of them is. Does anyone have a larger tank on a crawl space house, and did you have to make any modifications to the sub floor. For what it's worth the stand will cover 3 floor joists I don't think I will have a problem but I want to be sure before I have a large gaping hole in my living room

You should be fine. unless the floor joists are 2x4's which is unlikely.

The ONLY way to answer that is to check the floor joist dimensions, spacing and flooring thickness. Then you can look up floor load calculations.
