Hi just wondering if anyone can help things are disappearing at night snails, hawkfish, mandarin lost zoos through constant picking anyway the tank clicks alot i have noticed hairy crabs with black claws rather big and a mantis all hitchhikers. Are they causing wide spread damage together????

Depends on the species of mantis, If you look at its front modified "claws", (the part of them that gives them their name), you will either see a sharp spearing appendage or a blunt clubbing appendage, the species with the "clubs" eat snails and crabs while the ones with spearing appendages eat fish. I have some photo details of what I am talking about within my hitch hiker pages.

The "clicking" may be harmless pistol shrimp or it may be a "clubbing" mantis breaking open a snails shell. The loss of the zoanthids may be due to a crab. The fish, I doubt a crab or mantis would be capable of, or even try to harm such large fish. Unless it was a really huge mantis or crab.
