Do sea Urchins Sleep?

The reason I ask is because I got one today. And Its up in one corner..But it seems its "eye" idk what it is.. is flat not round like it was when I got it earlier.
 
Sorry, didn't know what to call it.

But let me tell you what my research found aka test. I put my magfloat near it, touched a spine and it's anus moved! It was awesome. I think it was sleeping and the anus turns and goes inside the urchin when resting. And when it feels threatened or senses movement it turns out to the front!

Hmm after doing more research...
"Some sea urchins have a spherical, bulb like cloaca (to store fecal material) that protrudes from the anal opening. It can be withdrawn into the shell."
