Do u notice a difference in your starphire tanks?

I was wondering if you guys really notice much of a difference with your starphire tanks? I have a 180 gallon but we moved, and it will be a really tight squeeze in the house. I was thinking of ordering a custom starphire since I cannot find a tech tank. Just wondering if it is worth the money. Any shots of your tanks? TY

i think as you go thicker in glass you will notice more of the difference, this is 3/4" thick starphire, gl with ur decision

My tank is front pane only starphire. The PPG website shows 2 pieces side by side and you can clearly see the color difference between standard & starphire.

Eric do you notice a difference? My 180 looks really green, but when it's set up I wonder if I would not notice it?

Ya I think the right is starphire (low iron) and the left regular glass. Starphire tanks seem to "pop" colorwise imo and is totally worth it. 500-1k dollars to better view 20k+ dollars worth of contents is a good choice.

your correct, the right being starphire glass,

its 3/4" thick for a 4x4x2 cube, if you go with thinner glass say 1/2" thick, because of my eyes, its harder to tell
