Do you add trace elements?

What confused me is there are tons of additives for our reef tank and most of them are snake oils, I wonder if your hard core sps'er does trace elements or not, if yes, which brand/item do you prefer.

I put in a drop of AquaForest MicroE for no other reason than it comes in a drop format which I like.

I voted no, but water changes add trace elements just fine. Unless you have a ton of sps that sucks the nutrients out of your system I can't see there being a need when you do regular water changes.

Seachem Reef advantage calcium and Reef builder.

A trace element is considered anything less the 1ppm. Adding calcium and magnesium would not be considered adding a trace element if I remember correctly.
