Do you target feed?

I am relatively new to salt water fish keeping...I have several species of coral....frog spawn, two anenome, mushrooms, couple of torches. Should I target feed or just feed the fish normally and let the coral get what they can? Is the Sea Squirt a good tool, or is there anything out there that is better. My current acquarium is a 125 gallon tank.
Thanks
Eric

If the food is small enough, use a turkey baster. You can pick one up cheap. I also use a pair of thongs to target feed larger pieces of food.

I would just feed the anemone couple times a weeks. I don't target feed my corals, I did it a while ago on my 55, it was easy to reach. All depends too on how long your tank it's been setup, the older the better.

ohh I do feed my tank with phyto and zooaplankton (spelling) once in a while. The corals get whatever the fish gets, mysis, brine, flakes, pellets. Etc. If they can catch it :)

Definately feed the anemone, I would say at least once a week.

I target feed my euphyllia (torch frogspawn etc) with cyclopeze occasionly but I dont think its necessary.

I think I use my turkey baster more than any other reefing tool (for target feeding) and it was only $1.99 =D

If the spirit moves me I might target feed a small piece of squid or mysis once or twice a month. Other than that, whatever leftovers they catch from the fishes' food.

I feed enriched mysis to my lobos, candycanes, palythoas, micromussa, acanthastrea, favias, and even some of my larger zoanthids' polyps individually with tweezers once or twice a week. It's kind of fun, really.
