Yes, it can turn devices on and off. If you're asking if there is a dosing pump included and/or is there a way to regulate the dosing output (some standalone pumps can vary between 1 mL/min 100mL/min for example while running), then no.
Here is my dosing routine for my kalk at night between midnight and noon:
OSC 001/020 ON/OFF Then KA2 ON
1 minute on, 20 minutes off. It's a Aquamedic/solenoid combo.

Would it work with a Drew Dosing pump?
It will work with any AC powered pump, as you're just turning the power on and off to start/stop the pump.
The key is the minimum time granularity on AC's is 1 minute, so your pump has to dispense at a rate slow enough where increments of 1 minute of change are meaningful.
For example, I have masterflex peristaltic pumps similar in basic design. One set delivers .5ml/minute, the other 3ml/minute.
Thus I can dose from .5ml to 1800ml per day in .5 ml increments with one, and from 3ml to 10,800ml per day in 3ml increments with the other.

Ok, I just picked up 2 Mityflex peristaltic pumps. What outlets do i pulg them in on my DC 8?
