so Covey, [sorry about the Hyjack.. ] would it be worth getting a club meeting assembly line and mass producing a bunch of this type of design? we would need a spot welder as well. sheet metal isn't cheap either
the main concern would be to find a way to perfectly center the bulb in the center of the reflector.
there are 13 reflective sides i believe, [in 4 different shapes including the octagon base] with a way to both move air through it to cool [important] as well as mount/ center the bulb.
Oh Yea. it would be worth looking at the patent to see what they did so we don't get accused for reverse engineering a product.,
