Does anyone know if microbubbles are harmful to pods?

I ask because my fuge is directly beneath my aerator (overflow to aerator to fuge) and my chaeto ball is absolutely infused with tiny little bubbles. It looks like a big ball of diamond necklaces.

Will all these bubbles inhibit my copepod population?

In my opinion, no. The bubbles will provide oxygenation to the macro and pods. I have an air stone in my sump for that reason.
