Just wondering... I have frozen fish food that's been in my freezer for over a year... I also have a bottle of oyster feast in the refrig that's been there over year... does this stuff expire???
Just like any other food, it loses nutritional value. I'd throw the refrigerated food for sure. Frozen food that's air sealed in the freezer is probably OK. If it's not air sealed and covered with ice crystals I'd throw that out too.
