Does Ich Bother corals and inverts?

I recently lost some clownfish to ich in my nano cube, I now just have corals, starfish, and inverts in the tank, Will the ich bother these in anyway? Or just the fish. Also Does a Yellow Watchmen Goby not get ich? He has been through it and shows no signs of it??

Just the fish.....I would leave the tank fishless for 12 weeks then make sure you QT and new addition to the tank.
