Does it upset the acro frags to dance around a little in the racks due to flow?

It seems to me that mine grow quicker when not rocking back and forth.

I haven't seen any issues from it. Sometimes the flow can knock the frags off the rack.

At my house if they dance long enough they fall, I even use large plugs.

At peak flow time in my tanks some frags to waver a little back and forth. They have full polyp extension and look like nothings bothering them. They grow perfectly fine this way.
