Definitely looks to be an ailing specimen of Condylactis gigantea. How often to you feed the animal? I have seen this species reverse this limpid appearance after a good meal. What lighting do you have it under? Water parameters?
It looks fine to me, but I'm not an expert. I have a Bubble Tip that looks all kinds of shrivled up some nights, but it always perks back up during the day. I think if it's eating ok you're fine.

And he's serious, too. I've heard that, in theory, anenomes actually do live forever. I once read that a group of researchers were once studying this one aneneome that was over 150 years old (since it was just a few years old too). The group would pass down the research to the next scientists studying it.
Pretty amazing. And what's moreso dissapointing is the fact that they don't usually live well in our homes. How we can turn an ever-lasting animal into death just disturbs me and re-evaluates if we're really capable of taking care of these magnificent creatures.
