does my fish have ich??

It's hard to diagnose anything without a pic. Could be ich, could be lymphocystis, could be anything. A pic will help to determine what you're dealing with.

Ok looks now more then that fish is now getting the ich. I called a aquarium store before it got too late and they said i can buy a medication that can treat the whole tank (without copper to not harm my anemones)..
And something about raising the temp as well.. what temp should i raise it to..didnt get that part from them. Any more info on what i can do will be amazing.. i dont have a hospital tank i can set up right this instant
but will have 1 in 2 weeks.They told you to raise the temp??? I would find a new lfs- temp has no affect for marine ich. It is only useful for freshwater ich.
Additionally, there is no reef-safe ich cure that works. If you want to cure it, not just hide it, you need to remove all fish and do ttm, or copper, or cp. ttm is preferred.
