Does my Flame Angel have a parasite?

So I decided to bring my Flame Angel out of QT and put in the main tank. When it was in the QT tank I didn't notice this. It was probably with the Flame in the QT as I saw it a few hours of it being in the main tank. Anyway, my Flame Angel has stringy poo. I know this is a common problem in clowns, but this seems a little different. In the clowns the stringy poo is white (at least every case I've seen). The stringy poo in the Flame is green. It is a tiny Flame and usually the stringy poo is as long as the Flame before it breaks off. Does anyone know what this is? How do you fix it? I have a hospital tank with hyposalinity. Heck, this might be normal, I don't know. There are no other signs that I can see.

Thanks!

What have you been feeding it? I'm not sure you need to be worried at this point. Stringy white feces can be indicative of an internal bacterial infection. I've witnessed angels with stringy green colored feces that have no other problems. Give it a well balanced diet. I'd be more concerned if the fish wasn't eating or was losing weight.
