Does this base look healthy?

Hello everyone
So I've had this leather tree coral for a very long time now, and its always been like this but I was just wondering if this was what a healthy base of one would look like? Pardon the white area of it, it was recently fragged, and there was another branch there but I cut it off for a different part of the tank. any help is appreciated thanks!

It's what mine looks like and mine just keeps growing and splitting off arms which if you don't pull out will attach someplace and grow. I use to freak out about them and attach them to rocks now I can't get rid of them fast enough...

looks good to me but remove the purple slime, it will cover ur leather and kill it

Yeah this picture was from last week, I recently started using ro/di water so the slimes pretty much gone.
