Dog Face Puffer in a reef?

Has anyone tried to keep a dog face puffer in a reef tank? Are they coral safe or do they rasp on Stony corals?

From what I've seen, Porcupines have a better chances in a reef. Or if the porcupine's attitude/size is a problem, it's smaller cousin, the spiny burrfish is pretty coral safe as well.

A dogface would be one of the last fish I would ever consider putting in a reef.
