Don't think it's ich

Anybody know what this might be. It started out looking like ich and turned in to this. Moved him out of main and I am treating with cupramine in qt

This fish and my sailfin both had ich last month and I put them both in qt with cupramine for 14 days. Put them both back in and they looked great. 1 week later my brown started to show spots again. Lfs suggested dr. Gs food because it "works for him all the time". He's been eating this for the past week now with no help. Took him out yesterday and put him back in qt and treated with cupramine.thinking it could be a parasite

Try to take a close clearer picture. But it looks to me like a parasite or a external bacteria
