Currently in my 65g I have:

Kole tang
Midas Blenny
Bi Color Blenny
Pair of Clowns
Blood Shrimp
3 Peppermint shrimp
various snails

I need something to help control algae. Would like an urchin but not so good for the acrylic tank.

Would like to do a foxface. Can this work?

I'd really rather get a bipartus leopard wrasse but have found when I cut back nutrients anymore my LPS starts to not do so well. I have a refugium, skimmer, do water changes etc. Looking for a biological solution.

If the foxface does cure the algae problem I grow plenty of other macro algaes I could feed it.

I have always like the foxface anywhoo.

Suggestions? Thoughts?

I suggest trying to control the algae problem itself.

GFO is a good means to do this. It is almost impossible to eliminate phosphate intake but having a means to export it certainly goes a long way in reducing and eliminating the dreaded microalgae. :)

I have a 72 gallon and use a H.O.T. magnum hang on back. I sandwich my gfo between 2 layers of carbon and change it out about every six weeks.

This keeps my PO4 levels below .03 ppm :)

My phosphates read 0. Nitrates also stay at zero. I have a 30g refugium, a protein skimmer rated for more then double the size of my tank, and run phos ban. I also do 30% weekly water changes.
I still get algae growth. It's not severe but it is there. Kind of a spot here, spot there kinda of thing.

Feeding less has resulted in the loss of color of some of my LPS. I started increasing the feedings and the color has come back.

I need to be able to conitnue to feed the system, grow a little bit of algae, and have a biological means that will remove it, and that's face it be fun to watch.
