DOS running backwards?

This is my normal program. After midnight.

This is a normal water change.

Friday during the day, my DOS starting running backwards. (Left is the normal water change, right is when it started running backwards)

Today it's still running backwards and did not resume my nightly water change.

What in the world would tell these pumps to run backwards at random times?

Controller is failing.

You set it up for automatic water changes thought the task in apex fusion ?
If so that's the way it works one goes backwards
