Doser pump help

I've tried to setup my doser to no avail. I've followed Michael's tutorial and it still doesn't work. I've taken some screenshots of my setup to see if the experts can spot what I'm doing wrong. Please help!

can you switch socket 1 to always on and see if the doser is running? If not, than you need to program the dosing pump unit. Also I notice on your first screen shot, you have "activate manual override" check. Mine is uncheck. not sure if it means anything.

yeah, I had to check the "activate manual override" to switch it to "always on" to see if it runs, but it doesn't. I just forgot to uncheck it before I took the screenshot.

I've programmed it like how Michael did it in his video but still no luck. I've been manually dosing the past few weeks and it's getting to be a pain. Any help is very appreciated.

Have you consider updating your firmware to the latest. Might fix something. But first thing to do is to see if you can change socket 1 from "timer 1" to "always on" to see if runs the doser. If it doesn't, doser needs to be program via software on the "program digital bar" button in screen shot 1.

Mine goes from s1-s4 socket to power bar and my doser is hook up to power bar second cable socket.

Ok, I've been doing some research on profiluxsupport and I might be hooked up with the wrong cable. Currently the doser is hooked up to the p3ex with a gray cable that looks like a telephone jack. The pictures that I've seen had it hooked up with a black cable with a bulge looking thing. Is that what you have yours hooked up with?

not sure on gray cable, i have not encounter such color cable. Mines all black.

I figured it out. It was indeed the cable. Everything is working as it should. Thanks for the help!
