Dosing afr or core7 ?

I’m getting a doser this week to maintain my kh , calcium and magnesium are limited on uptake but will have a 4 head for when it happens
Which is better though ? Afr or triton core7 ?

I dose AFR and haven’t had an issue. I’ve never tried anything else though.
