Dosing C-Balance

Okay, I bought a used Aquamedic doser with 3 pumps. I pulled the user manual online, but I am still a bit confused as to how to program it for dosing my Part A, Part B, and Magnesium using the 3 pumps. I have an Octopus Controller for the tank I could hook it up to to automatically turn it on, but won't it run all 3 pumps at once? How can it differenciate between which to turn on and which not to?
I am thinking it best to set the Aquamedic without the Octopus til I get a bit more knowledgeable about how all that stuff works.
So, here is my question:
I have tried to program the use of the dosing on a 92-gal tank, about 110 with sump water. I am figuring I should slowly dose since I have a pump now. I set the program for 24.00 hours, as the pump runs continuously at 25/ml per minute, I must decide the "on" time and the rest will be "off" time. So from my calculations (which I want some acknowledgement that I am right here) I set the pump (1&2) to come "on" every 01.00 hour, and run for 3 seconds. The problem here is that the pumps will dispense both part A & B at the same time? Correct? And that is a big no-no from what the bottle says...must be at least 5 minutes apart. I am not sure how the aquamedic can be space adjusted like that using the on/off feature...as soon as pump 1 finishes, pump 2 starts right after....and that is only 3 seconds apart. The magnesium I have calculated at 3 seconds as well, but only once per 12 hours. This was as low as I can get for the dosing on the bottle.
These 3 second run times seem a bit "brief" from what I am thinking, or my calculations are way off...or I just don't get how to use the damn thing....
ANY HELP HERE GREATLY APPRECIATED!! :hmm4:

I've been using AquaMedic dosers for years and love mine.

I set my part A to dose every 2.00 hours for 5 seconds and my part B to dose every 2.05 hours for 5 seconds, that way they dose 5 minutes apart.

A little advice, mount your doser above your part A&B jugs but not more than a foot or two, the doser does not like to pull from high up. Make sure you use your inline check valves too, it keeps the liquid from syphoning back into the jugs.
