Dosing for brains and feeding

I am planning to get my first brain coral, does this LPS require two part dosing or calcium reactor setup such as the SPS? Also can I just use my lighting to feed the brain?

I need to mention it will be a trachyphyllia Brain Coral and also my tank is bare bottom, would bare bottom suit the brain coral?

I have 2, one eats regularly, the other won't take food. The one that eats likes Prime Reef cubes from Ocean Nutrition. We dose calcium 3 tsp with top off water (Red Sea) and Magenesium 4 oz (Kent) once a week, everything stays pretty stable. I have both of them perched midway up on rocks since we only have PC lighting.
